Surrounding the center platform is an open floor plan that can be arranged for a variety of offsite events, including retreats, presentations, trainings, banquets, competitions, trade shows, graduation parties, celebrations, and more.

Event Space FAQ

  • Do I have to be a Bridge Space member to reserve the event space?

    Nope!  Anyone in the community can use the space.

  • How big is the event space?

    Our main event space can accommodate ~250 people.


    The patio can accommodate ~100 people.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you cancel your event 30 or more days out, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.


    If you cancel your event less than 30 days out, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Are there any other policies that affect me?

    Yes. Events will be assessed a cleaning fee in addition to their booking fees.

  • Can I bring in food and drinks?

    Sure.  You can bring in what you need or you can choose from our list of preferred vendors.


    Please remember to clean up after yourself (take out the trash, wipe down the tables, etc.).  Yo momma don't work here!

  • What kind of events can I hold in your space?

    The sky is the limit!


    Our event space would be perfect for launch parties, networking events, hackathon, demonstration, conferences, fundraisers, meetups, workshops, award ceremonies, or community events.


    You could also host a workshop, creative session, luncheon, strategy meeting, or networking reception.

  • Do I have to be a Bridge Space member to reserve a room?

    Nope!  Anyone in the community can use the conference rooms.

  • Can I reserve a conference room after hours?

    YES!  Members can reserve conference rooms 24/7, and non-member reservations can be made for any time during regular business hours.

  • How big are conference rooms?

    Conference rooms can hold 2 to 20 people, depending on the room.


    Our main event space can accommodate ~150 people.

  • I have a reoccuring meeting. Is that ok?

    Of course!  We can make something happen so you never have to worry about finding and scheduling a room again.  Easy peasy.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Canceling less than 24 hours out means you forfeit your payment

  • Can I bring in food and drinks to the conference rooms?
